With the strong presence of Pepsi under the younger target market in Nigeria, we wanted to stimulate the
social sharing amongst the younger target market around the Share-a-Coke campaign. Trying to take
the campaigns original concept of “sharing” into the digital space to allow friends that are remote to share a Coke as well.
We developed an app that will stimulate people to #shareacoke image posts on social media to stand
a chance to win a trip to New York or other spot prizes.
It stimulates sales and earned media through a simple image recognition module build into the app.
